Service Scope

Affiliate Tracking Dashboard is a neutral technical tool for creating tracking links, recording clicks/leads, and reporting performance. The provider does not control, review, verify, or endorse destination URLs, intermediate pages, redirect chains, iframe/JavaScript content, or customer business purposes.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are fully responsible for all destination URLs, campaigns, links, products, services, taxes, and legal obligations.
• Customers must have lawful rights to use brands, content, landing pages, and intellectual property connected to their links.
• Customers must not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited activities listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Customers agree to indemnify the provider for damages, penalties, legal costs, and claims caused by customer misuse.

Provider Rights

The provider may suspend accounts, disable campaigns/links, refuse service, retain operational logs, and provide logs to competent authorities when required by lawful request or necessary to protect legal rights.

Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided as-is and as-available. The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, report accuracy, suitability for a customer purpose, third-party behavior, or content in any redirect chain. Liability is limited to the lower of fees paid in the prior 12 months or 1,000,000 VND.

Termination and Retention

Accounts may be terminated immediately for suspected Terms/AUP violations. Operational logs may be retained for at least 5 years to support investigation, dispute handling, and lawful requests.
